Refund policy

Here at Geo Melts, we want you to enjoy the product you have bought and expected to receive, and will accept returned products, within 30 days of purchase.

Prior to returning any products, please contact us as soon as possible at geomelts@hotmail.com, with your order number, name and reason for return, where we will provide further details. 

If the return is due to an error on our part, such as us shipping a product that didn't appear on your order confirmation, we will make this right as soon as possible. 

If the return is due to anything other than our error, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product back to us. We recommend you use a tracked Royal Mail service, as we are not responsible for any packages lost in the post on their way back to us.

We expect the product to be returned to us, in an unused condition. 

Once we have received the return, and have confirmed the reasons for the return, a refund will be provided for the amount of your purchase.
